Attorney David Gantt’s real estate practice entails commercial property development and acquisition, residential loan applications and closings, foreclosures, both plaintiff and defense, residential and commercial property management, zoning matters, landlord-tenant disputes and other property disputes, including adverse possession and trespass. Attorney Ralph Gleaton is a Real Estate Broker licensed by the State of South Carolina, and is also a member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors. He assists clients in finding commercial property, and in negotiating the purchase, sale, or lease of that property.
